Expedited orders received Monday- Friday by 3pm EST are guaranteed to be shipped the same business day. Orders containing a proof will not be shipped until we’ve received your approval. Your stamp will be shipped using the shipping method selected during checkout.
Would you like to see what your stamp will look like with your information on it before it is made? We will email you a proof image of your stamp in PDF format for your approval. We will make changes to your stamp ONE time free of charge. We will not edit the design of our stamps. Subsequent changes will incur additional costs. If we do not get a response within 4 business days, your stamp will be processed and shipped as ordered. Please note, some company email addresses may block email messages containing attachments.
